Rather than your abs, this program targets your mind to help shed excess pounds, but the antiquated interface has spelling errors that don’t leave us confident in its devices.
A Free Weight Loss Hypnosis Session runs each session in six-minute intervals. During that time, quick, positive messages such as “Eat healthy meals” and “Feel healthy” are displayed on your monitor.
Not a selling point for its legitimacy, some misspelled words came across the screen while we were testing this software. We weren’t able to fix misspellings or add our own words of encouragement since the program doesn’t let the user alter or add to the list of messages shown. Health-conscious folks will find this freeware easy enough to use, but the shoddy presentation is a turnoff.
