You can only learn so much from reading and watching others. At some point you will have to get your feet wet, so why not jump in at the deep end. This guide will not teach you to become the worlds greatest hypnotist all at once, but it will give you a simple 4 step process that will leave you as a novice hypnotist if you follow the instructions and perform them IRL.
If you boil pretty much any hypnotic induction down, it will consist of these 4 steps:
1. Induce trance.
2. Deepen trance.
3. Stimulate the unconscious.
4. Bring them back out.
Now that this is clear, I’ll ask you to go find a friend that trust you enough to let you hypnotise him. Tell him that he just going has to “pretend” to be hypnotised him and do whatever feels right. This step is called a preframe, which will give you better chances of succeeding.
Step 1: Close Your Eyes
Get the person to sit down somewhere they can relax and be comfortable.
Then Just say
Just say: “Close your eyes and go into trances now.”
Step 2: Go Deeper and Deeper
The next step is get them to connect something you do with them going deeper into trance.
Say: “every time touch you on the arm you will go deeper and deeper into trance.”
Step 3: Stimulate The Unconscious
Now you want to talk directly to their unconscious mind. Just make direct suggestions about positive things like:
“you will be more confident, now that you are in a trance, you can relax, and become an even healthier person as a result of this hypnosis. You will have a great life, and every day from right now you will think, happy thoughts without even knowing why. just because i feels good.”
Step 4: Bring Them Back
Now it is time to bring them back again. To do this you can count them out like this: “I’m going to count from one to three. One the count of three you’ll be back feeling fantastic. One, two, three open your eyes and feel fantastic.”
That is it. Do this and you will already be a hypnotist. You can always practice and learn a lot more about hypnosis. Some people are stuck for years at a level where they know a lot ABOUT hypnosis, but doesn’t know how to DO hypnosis. Now, you have the choice to actually just DO IT.
