Which strength nicotine gum is best for me?
If you currently smoke less than 25 cigarettes per day we recommend you start with the 2mg strength nicotine gum. For more than 25 cigarettes per day it is recommended that you use 4mg strength nicotine gum.
How often should I use the nicotine gum?
