The Truth about Quitting Smoking
What if everything you believed about quitting smoking was wrong?
What if nicotine isn’t the addictive drug “they” claim it is?
What if there really was an easy way to quit smoking?
What would it be like to quit smoking without cravings?
Read the rest of this Quit Smoking Right Now Review and you’ll see why I’m asking these questions.
Just about every smoker reaches the point where they want to quit.
It’s also true that just about every smoker has a deeply ingrained belief that quitting smoking will be one of the most difficult things they’ve ever done. In fact, many, if not most smokers, have tried unsuccessfully to quit only to fail.
This reinforces their belief that it is difficult.
That was my belief too. I quit smoking years ago, but it sure wasn’t easy. It took me four serious attempts and a lot of discomfort to be successful. So you can imagine my curiosity when I heard about a program that makes quitting smoking easy and claims a 90% success rate.
Because I’m interested in helping others become smoke-free I felt I had to check it out and see if it’s for real. Here’s what I found…
Quit Smoking Right Now Review
The program I’m talking about is: Quit Smoking Right Now.
I first heard about this program because several of the world’s top self-growth gurus recommend it. Then it seemed I was seeing references to everywhere.
Quit Smoking Right Now is based on the very successful clinic program of Rick Saruna. It came about because a client of Rick’s, Rick Beneteau (I know – two Ricks = confusing, but that’s their name) who was able to kick a 39 year smoking habit after working with Rick S. for only three hours (!) insisted that Rick make his program more widely available.
They worked for over a year to refine , condense and test the program they eventually released as Quit Smoking Right Now to be certain that it replicates the experience you would have if you were working with Rick one-on-one.
When I heard that , I knew I had to check this program out.
Quit Smoking Right Now is entirely different than any other stop smoking program I’ve seen. In fact, I found some of the statements and claims the authors make quite shocking. I’ll tell you about that moment, but first here’s what the program consists of.
Contents of the Quit Smoking Program
The core of the program is a series of MP3 recordings.
Some of these recordings are instructional in nature while others help you implement the program directly.
For example, a small portion of the program is an instructional recording on relaxation techniques. This is accompanied by another excellent recording that leads you through a relaxation session.
The recordings are of exceptional quality.
I download a lot of courses and seminars from the Internet and I’ve come to expect rather poor audio quality. If the content is valuable this is acceptable, even if not desirable.
The producers of Quit Smoking Right Now take a different approach. They provide excellent content delivered as high-quality recordings. This makes listening to the program a pleasure.
In addition to the recordings, there are downloadable PDF files and other supporting materials.
I have to say, I was extremely impressed by the clarity of the program.
I have a fair amount of experience in several psychological disciplines such as NLP, the Emotional Freedom Technique, and others. I recognized that the authors of this program drew from several disciplines when they put their course together.
The clear and understandable explanations of potentially complex concepts impressed me greatly.
They drill down into the bedrock foundation of mind-body interaction: desire, belief and expectancy.
They explain that being smoke-free is natural; the body naturally rejects cigarette smoke. Someone really has to work at smoking to get used to it.
I think if you remember back to your first experiences at smoking, you’ll agree.
They show you how you can let your natural desire to be smoke-free become the driving force in your life.
If you’re reading this review, you probably already have the desire to become smoke-free. The Quit Smoking Right Now Program gives you the tools you need to implement belief and expectancy.
Quit Smoking Right Now Makes Some Shocking Claims
I mentioned earlier that I found some of their comments shocking at first. The authors anticipate that reaction and encourage you to keep an open mind and just try the program.
They have a great quote: “the mind is like a parachute – it only works when it’s open.” That’s a good concept to keep in mind when you first go through this program.
Here are a few examples of their radical claims:
†There is a powerful entity that wants you to keep smoking and uses the media to convince you that it’s impossible to quit (I don’t go in for conspiracies theories, but their arguments make sense. Again, keep an open mind)
†Nicotine isn’t what smokers are addicted to
†It’s possible to give up smoking without cravings, weight gain, or any of the other negative side effects smokers are taught to expect
And that’s just the tip of the icebergâ€
Although the authors say that you don’t have to completely understand the principles behind the program for it to work (in the same way that you don’t have to completely understand how a microwave oven works to use one), they do provide some backup for their opinions.
For example, if nicotine is so addicting why don’t non-smokers who are exposed to second hand smoke containing nicotine crave it?
The authors’ answer is that it’s not the nicotine that creates the cravings smokers experience. They explain what is and how you can eliminate those cravings to become smoke-free.
I was pleasantly surprised to find that the program includes the use of “tapping”. Tapping is a streamlined, readily accessible form of acupressure. Acupressure in turn can be thought of as “acupuncture without the needles.”
After going through the entire program, listening to every recording and doing every process I believe that Quit Smoking Right Now lives up to the hype.
As I mentioned before, I’ve been smoke-free for years. However, I clearly remember smoking and what quitting smoking to put me through. I recognize in hindsight that I consciously used some of the techniques they recommend (relaxation techniques and affirmations) and accidentally stumbled upon some others without realizing their central importance.
This program provides a step-by-step approach that allows you take positive action to eliminate cravings and to harness the key elements of several psychological disciplines to change beliefs and expectancies.
I believe it’s the fact that this approach addresses both the physical and the mental aspects of the smoking habit that makes it so successful.
I highly recommend this program and I urge you to try it out.
You and I both know you’d be a lot better off if you able to stop smoking. I believe this program is the answer you’ve been looking for.
It’s perfectly understandable if you think this sounds “too good to be true” and are skeptical. The publishers realize this and have fixed it so there is absolutely no reason not to use the program: they offer a 100% moneyback guarantee!
You have a full 60 days to try out the program – more than enough time to become smoke-free. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you get your money back.
As they say: “You Quit or You Don’t Pay -No Ifs, Ands or Butts”
(BTW – the program is distributed by ClickBank, which is a trusted online retailer that specializes in digital products. In the unlikely event you’re unsuccessful at quitting, it is ClickBank that delivers the refund. In other words, you have the reputation and integrity of this major company standing behind the guarantee)
I’m very excited for you. You’re about to make one the best decisions you’ve ever made for yourself and your loved ones.
